In June 2018 I was brought in by Hawthorn to operate their Disguise 4×4 Pro Media Servers as part of a broadcast for Pubg uk championships, where winners went onto the European competitions in Berlin later in the year. For this show I was responsible for the setup, programming and operation of the servers, and working with the broadcast and operations teams to eliminate teams as the games went on.
During the show teams would be eliminated and their “badge” would change to show their elimination, giving for a fast paced show that often saw multiple teams eliminated at the same time. Operation was done alongside the broadcast and camera teams to best utilise the LED wall when teams were eliminated.
